In December, 2017, the foundation carried out a medical outreach to three villages in Oboro communities in Ikwuano Local Government Area of Abia State.

During this outreach, the elderly including men and women were given BP and sugar level check, arthritis , malaria test e.t.c. those diagnosed with minor illness were given over the counter drugs while others were referred to government health facilities. Over two hundred persons benefitted from this medical outreach.
The project was done in partnership with an America based foundation; Nne- Grace International Foundation headed by a Clinical Director in America, Nnenna Orjinta. Some medical and health volunteers from Abia State General Hospital, Umuahia also participated.

In June, 2019 another medical seminar was organized in Ugbowo Community in Egor Local Government Area of Edo State. The medical seminar was tagged Talking Emotion in Relationship with our Family

Engr ( Mrs.) Miriam Amarachukwu Akhigbe the Executive Director of Help Me to Succeed Foundation was the lead facilitator in the seminar which dwell extensively on providing life skill support to students facing depression or vulnerable to depression to speak out to reliable family members and teachers in schools with a view to proffering solutions to their problems rather than resorting to the painful option of committing suicide which is very common among teenagers..
